Chile is a South American country occupying a long narrow strip of land between the Andes to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. Its musical history is extremely rich and ranges from the arrival of the Spanish conquistadors till today. The electronic music movement as we know it today reached Chile in the 1990s and expanded through clubs, venues, djs, producers, musicians and music productions. Alvaro Vildosola, Carla Valenti, Claudio Arditti and Inti Kunza are four super talented Chilean artists that represent country’s modern Electronic sound. Five tracks that combine uplifting Electronic feeling with Chilean traditional sounds & rhythms showcasing a small but extremely interesting “portion” of Chile’s Electronic music treasure.
