Legendary duo Daft Punk has announced its breakup 28 after creation by French musicians Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo in Paris back in 1993. Daft punk producer Kathryn Frazier confirmed the news but gave no reason for the splitup.
The musicians recorded a farewell 8-minute video and posted it on Youtube.
Daft Punk is one of the most significant phenomena in the history of electronic music, which released such well-known hits as "Around The World", "One More Time", "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger", "Get Lucky" and many others.
