Abandoned Spring

Six months after dropping his debut EP Fractures, New York based producer David Lindmer brings his second release to Running Clouds. The Abandoned Spring EP is his first EP for the label and is supported by a host of remixers, showcasing the labels hottest underground talent.

The EP opens with the original, Abandoned Spring. Lindmer has one clear aim: to take you on a trip. Melodies blossom like the first warmth of spring underpinned by brooding undertones that elevate the experience on an even deeper level.

The first of the remixes is by Italian duo Heolik, this is their debut release and what a fearless introduction it is. Their vision of Spring is deeper and darker, this track flows with heavenly harmonics and is full of bold retro energy. The chilling bass tones will rattle rib cages and set the dance floor alight.

Argentinian duo, Biotech Patagonia, join the EP with their beautifully crafted and haunting vocals that will take the listener on a mesmerizing and unexpected journey into the Biotech soundscape.

We close out the EP with a killer remix by Greek based producer Haccob. This release is a must for lovers of the progressive house sound. Hacobb shows off his superb production skills with this wonderfully arranged groove that will hypnotize you as it twists and turns to its dramatic conclusion.
