Mikronaut is the alias of Connor Skidmore, a St. Paul based DJ and producer. He began producing many genres of music at a very young age, including house, techno, and psychedelic. Years later, in 2013, he released a track on a Solid Groove Records compilation, and his career has grown slowly but steadily since. In early 2014, he started a new label called iq140 Records, with the intent to release only the highest quality underground music. The label has already been supported by UMEK, The YellowHeads, BARBUTO, Gery Otis, Dekkstrum, and more. 2015 saw Connor's debut on Reload Records, and he already has great things in store for 2016. Some of his goals are to help make techno more popular in the United States, to continue to improve as a producer, and to make a career out of the music he loves.
