A new name on the European synth-pop/rock scene is an English - speaking band from Serbia called PHONOTHEQUE. Their music can be described as romantic disco-rock, where the melodies of synthesizers and sequencers are interspersed with guitar parts with an infusion of modern dance beats.
The band members moved from different parts of Russia to Serbia and got together by chance in 2020.
The guys recorded their first single - the song called "One more night" in 2021 and released it online on all popular music platforms. The track is a cheerful disco hit telling us about unrequited love, in the best traditions of discos of the 80s and seasoned with a pretty modern sound.
The band consists of experienced musicians who have previously taken parts in various international projects:
