Breakbeat hardcore
Breakbeat hardcore emerged in the early 90s in the UK, like many other electronic genres. It combines classic 4/4 dance rhythms with breakbeat inserts usually sampled from hip-hop music. Also, tracks of this genre usually use speed piano and vocal samples.
