Acopia's debut release on new Melbourne based label D.M.O. Acopia is comprised of artists Liluzu, Purient, and Morgan Wright. Taking a break from their usual practices the three have combined their efforts to create downtempo music for home-listening. Both tracks utilize complex yet seemingly simple drumming, melancholic pads, and playful leads. Purient's voice helps glue these left-field parts together as well as give the songs pop-sensibilities.
