FSS18: Auren - Pulse Vol. 1 (Album)

The 18th release in our label’s catalog brings electronic music producer and performer Auren with his album called “Pulse Vol. 1”. Vilnius city has become the main inspirational axis of Auren’s album that delivers 10 compositions reflecting historical, cultural places as well as nature of the capital city. Furthermore, the album “Pulse Vol. 1” delivers 3 interesting and powerful collaborations with electronic music producers Jaroška, Gūzas, and Paulius G.

As a whole, Auren’s album creates a calm and natural as well as magical and Ambiental musical experience. Each composition conveys authentic sounds of various places of the city intertwined with sounds of electronic music and the author's emotions and experiences towards his hometown of Vilnius. The overall musical soundscape is full of Lo-Fi, Ambient, and IDM-like sounds and rhythmics. Compositions like “Vilnius Pulse'' created together with Jaroška or “Vilnelė” represent the tranquil side of the album. On the other hand, “Žirmūnai” created together with Gūzas and “Upės Vidury” speak for the more energetic and electronic part of the release. The piece”1 - 1 = 1” with the slightly different name and remastered version “1 - 1 @ Žvėrynas” is already known for Auren fans as it was released in his “Hidden Notes” EP last spring, as a debut on our label.
