iBreaks welcome Baseface for our 61st release, the perfect pairing of Russia's DJ Gordy with vocalist and ex-Prodigy drummer Kieron Pepper.

Rat Catcher kicks off with a guitar-style synth before dropping in a punchy kick and snare. A brief moment of calm is followed by an onslaught of blistering rave synth lines and growls. Pepper's vocals perfectly complement the grit and growl throughout while Gordy makes sure the energy remains our peak time.

First up on remix duties, enter breakbeat legend Future Funk Squad who takes the track on a darker, dirtier journey into "nuskool" territory. This doesn't mean it's not club-worthy, with plenty of hyped soaring synth lines and bleeps whilst some powerful drums and breaks roll underneath. Fans of FFS need this in their lives!

Rounding things up are iBreaks regulars Under This who lead with a driving bassline and pounding drums. Some tasty edits in the mid section give way to a brand new melodic section as the track progresses, all the while retaining Pepper's vocal
