Camila Costa — Ponto das Caboclas (Carrot Green Acid Edit)

During the last five years, the producer Carrot Green bestowed us with three incredible tunes combining traditional/folk rhythms, instruments and moods from the vast Brazilian cultural heritage together with exquisite electronic sequenced drums arrangements and phat acid bass lines.

The opening track "Encanto" (released in 2015) takes you in a tour throughout Brazilian jungles and grasslands. The engaging storytelling transposes the listener to a graceful territory flourishing a feeling of reverie. The second track, "Cordamar" (released in 2016), is a beautiful jam combining Brazilian guitar and bright sounding marimbas presented in a downtempo-ish and organic contour. For the third track, we invited the Brazilian talented singer and songwriter Camila Costa to be remixed by Carrot Green in her absolute hit "Ponto das Caboclas" that carries the name of the EP as well. "Ponto das Caboclas" (released in 2017) brings the tropical, the rich Brazilian melodic patterns and Camila's suave vocal together with a dance-floor intended acid bass line to confuse every single bone of your body.
