Circles 44 is a trio consisting of Massimiliano Amatruda on piano, Joseph Circelli on guitar, and Andrea Grillini on drums.
The band was born in Bologna at the end of 2017 and proposes a repertoire of original pieces whose arrangements are always the result of a collective and empirical work.

In the sound of the trio, there are many compositional and improvisational approaches, sounds and moods among the most disparate and antithetical,
of which the jazz language is the glue in all its forms and facets.
