Dia Morgan's EP "Love & Delusion" explores how a crush can turn to an obsession, and eventually, delusion. The EP starts with the final single “Sleepover,” a quirky pop song about having a crush on a friend, and ends with “Hate,” the song Dia wrote after meeting the girlfriend of her crush and realizing she’s great and honestly, she wants to be friends with her.

The EP also features songs like "Rain in Malibu" which is literally about going to Malibu, singing a rain dance, and coming outside an hour later to it raining. This coincidence, or manifestation, made Dia realize, she can do anything and be anything she wants to be. This is why she wrote this confidence anthem.

Her newest release from the EP, "Sleepover" is about being in the friend zone.

"The hardest part of being friends with the roommate of your crush is hanging out in the morning at their apartment and seeing the person who’s friend-zoned you looking all sexy in their pjs. This opens up an unnecessary fantasy of being in a relationship and waking up next to them. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced this first hand, so, I went home, and wrote this quirky, upbeat song to help me break out of the friendzone…it didn’t work, but I like the song I got out of it, so I’ll call it a win."

Dia hopes that people take away the positive spin to whatever happens in life, because shit always happens, by listening to these songs.
