Jorge Morales is the man behind Menary, a DJ and producer from our beloved Tenerife, a place which is becoming a prolific territory of tech-house artists who are releasing their music on top labels. Menary is one of this examples who has already signed a track in Roush Label and now he delivers a pair of bangers on Bump Cut Records. His sound goes from a tech-minimal as we saw in his Tres14 Music release to a more housy sound as this release under the title of ‘Dance Goes On’. Title track, Dance Goes On, opens things with a classic hip-hop vibe thanks to its broken beat which is frequently used by the producers of Canary Island where the break beat sounds hit hard some decades ago. As second track ‘Stomach Bass’ is a perfect b-side because its follows the old-school vibe due to the shuffled drums and the catchy synth.
