“QUIETUS” is an electronic, experimental instrumental, solo album from hip-hop artist and guitarist Ollie Twist. Recorded with an improvised approach, the aim was to capture an intuitive, free-flowing cinematic sound. Layered in darkness and dissonance, yet at times melodic and hopeful; the track list embodies raw emotion and genre blending, eerie soundscapes. The entire album was conceived independently in just under a month in Saint Augustine, FL during quarantine.
